This new year, new you thing is rough. I feel like I am having more days like those than good, fun great days.
But a couple of Friday's ago I got to spend the day with Mama Peep. While my family can stress me out like the best of them, we spent the morning at the incredible California Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Checking out frogs, and fish
and all sorts of crazy creatures.
Even an albino alligator.
Then we went downstairs to the unbelievably fantastic Moss Room. I think very few restaurants are delicious, beautiful and all organic.
Perfect for this modern organic girl. In fact, I felt a little pang in my heart that we didn't explore this as an option for our wedding or rehearsal dinner (a complete stranger recommended it and I barely glanced at the card).
While eating our perfect meal, in the perfect restaurant, Mama Peep gently probed me about following a long time dream- living abroad. While right now Mr. Peep and I are just dreaming out loud about all the possibilities, it felt really good to know that Mama Peep is still cheering me (now, us) on.
So here's to dreaming out loud and days like these inspired by Mama Peep.
If you could live abroad where would you live?

Anywhere. I'd love to go back to Russia or somewhere in Central Asia, Micah wouldn't do it. If I could get a gig back in the UK or in Austraila, I think he'd be packing my bags for me. :)
I've always wanted to live in Germany. I speak some German, so at least I could order food ;)
paris. defintely paris. it draws me in like no other place!
