I'm feeling so fresh and modern today with a new blog design that I had to share this crazy awesome San Francisco Penthouse. This really sums up Modern Living to me, and it kills me that I live so close to it- but will probably never be lucky enough to see it in person.
Joel Sanders pretty much rocks my socks.
And stay tuned- I am hoping to host my very first give away to celebrate the new look.
