Whoa. What a loaded question.
I've been thinking about this question a lot. What am I passionate about? What do I love about life? What keeps me ticking through the day? And what's going to keep me ticking through life?
As I sit at my desk each day, more and more disheartened by my work, I realize that I feel like the passion is oozing out of me. And after reading the Less Than Domestic Goddess' post on passion, I realize that the only way to make this blog successful is to find my passion and share it with you. By nature I am not a very introspective person, so to keep my goal in sight, I am putting it in writing and taking you along for my ride.
But I am not giving you a free ride- I'd love to hear your insights and suggestions on how to find my passion. I'll still be posting my inspirations, what I am jonsing for and eco-products of the week (a possible passion of mine, humm, am I already on to something?), but I also think that Modern Organic Living deserves some more how to insights? Well, at least I'd like some insight on how to successfully live a modern and organic life.
And just in case you are curious, I currently have no idea where this search for passion is going to take me. So keep your arms and feet inside the cart, and hold on.
Before I leave you, and since it's Friday, I am starting off with a simple question: are you the introspective type??

This is so relevant to me. Since I feel life is a journey, I find my passions change over time so I've tried to figure them out a few times now.
I think a good place to start is to pay attention to the things that draw you. You can even start keeping a little list of them. It can be anything - an article you found interesting, something you saw in a shop window, or things you find yourself thinking about over and over. Once you have a list of them, you might be able to pick out certain themes that will help reveal what you're passionate about. Just one idea. :)
This is so relevant to me too... I find myself searching lately for the same thing.
I think Kasia has a great idea... I also pay attention to things I wish I was doing when I'm doing something I wish I wasn't, you know?
Thanks for the shout out :) I'm right there with you, girl! I am excited to follow your journey. I am definitely the introspective type...which can be good and bad. I feel like as I approach age 30 and beyond, I really want to explore what makes me who I am, and be as true to myself as possible. If I can keep that honesty close to my heart, I hope to continue to uncover my true passions in life. I also agree with Kasia that passions change over time. Good luck!! :)
