My closet. OR should I say, our closet. Yep. The Mister and I share a closet. Although, my dresser* is in the closet, while his is actually in the bedroom. So the mess- totally me. (I will say that this is after I started emptying the drawers on the floor out of total frustration). Either way- I am totally hanging my head in shame.
Ekk. See the big white bag- my awesome, but totally dirty wedding dress. I can't believe I am showing you this, but the after is so good, I can't help but share:
I love my closet even more now. The best part- I not only got rid of the old, but as soon as I was done cleaning, I took the old stuff to Good Will. It felt so freakin good to get it out of the house as fast as possible.
Keeping my room clean was a constant fight between Papa Sugar and I growing up. I hope I made him proud this weekend- or do you think he's too busy shaking his head from the before?
Hummm? So how clean are you?
*This dresser was my Grandmother's and I heart it. One day, I hope to properly update the pulls and make it extra specially awesome to pass on to a future little one.

on the closet area I am actually pretty organized. mr. J and I don't have much space but I like seeing my blouses and dresses grouped by color ;) your dresser is beautiful and congrats on the cleaning!
Wow! I love seeing the before and after. Don't worry my closet has often looked like the before. Right now it's somewhere in the middle of the 2 and I badly need to do some laundry. It's a stretch to fit everything in there. Hopefully we'll be better about organizing the closet when we move. Fresh start, right?
