While I am a City Girl, some times I think a little bit of country starts peaking out.

I ADORE this repurposed log. I am just not sure that I will ever be Country enough to do this in my own home. Maybe if I was ever fancy enough to have a Country house with a back stair case- ohhhhhhh, a girl can wish!

Green is one of the color of the seasons. In fact for all of us that have a tree each year, it starts to take over our homes this time of year. It's a color that stands out in a crowd or looks completely fantastic just on it's own.

Packed and Ready To Go

Lovelies, This is the craziest/shortest week ever. We returned home late Monday night from a three day wedding whirlwind weekend,* and I leave this afternoon for another three day weekend with all of my best college friends. Ekk. I am exhausted but so excited. Plus I get to meet a new baby- so fun.

That said, today's posting is super short. I gaspd when I saw this photo on Apartment Therapy. The wallpaper wall is beyond fantastic, and I am wondering if this is a project that you could do on the super cheap- wouldn't it be like shopping in the remnants section at a fabric store??

Not to mention how fantastic that couch is....

Anywho, I hope you love it too. Hopefully next week we can sit down and have a nice long chat. So much to catch up on.

*The wedding was beyond fantastic and in my zest to take a ton of photos- I left my camera battery at home. I suck. But I promise to post pics at some point!

Well, it's been another week. Another cold, gray week in SF. While I got a taste of some sunshine yesterday afternoon as the sun peaked through the clouds, I am dying for some good old fashion heat. I am not kidding how cold it is here- people are even writing articles about how cold and foggy it is.

While I wait longingly for an Indian summer, I am drooling over this house tour on Apartment Therapy.








This house fits right in with the white and natural wood summer inspiration that keeps drawing me in. Hummm, do I spy a summer style trend?

Anyway, have a fantastic weekend lovelies. I am going to hang with my nieces, celebrate a friends liberation from a horrible job, and possibly head over to the SF Renegade Craft Fair. Best to you.
